Our Independence Plus® Program

Our Independence Plus Program is unique to Meridian Retirement Communities. This Program offers you the opportunity to enrich the nature and type of services available to you when you confront a health challenge on a short or long-term basis while living in an Independent Living apartment at a Meridian Retirement Community. The supportive services offered under this Program assist you in maintaining safe and meaningful independence at our Community.

Our Health Centers

If you require the services offered by an assisted living facility or a nursing home, you will have Health Care Days to use at Meridian Health Center where you will receive needed care including 24 hour nursing supervision. There you will continue the quality of life you have enjoyed as a resident of one of our Retirement Communities with our unique Resident Centered Care® provided by staff who know you and staff who you know.
